The following email was sent on December 22, 2020 Paramount builders make promises they don't deliver on. Additionally, the company did not have an issue billing us before the job had started and we had this corrected by the finance company because Paramount Builders did not correct the issue until we contacted the finance company to explain this problem. We are still waiting to date for these windows to be corrected.

The window installer **** did not install insulation around the windows and installed a window that was too small. We have yet to hear from Paramount builders. ****** at Paramount said the window would arrive on November 24. On September 28, we were told the second window would be ordered. One Window arrived with a broken sash and to this date it has not been replaced. We were told it takes 5 weeks to order the windows and one day to install. This issue has been ongoing since August when it should have taken 5 weeks. Installation of windows, they are not complete after 4 months. Thank you for your time in this matter and thank you to the ********** office for their help in resolving my concerns. I hope for better results in the future if needed. Both of my neighbors also used Paramount Builders and expressed their same frustration on service (******** ****** office), but they did not file a complaint due to their work schedule, but they also contacted the Corporate office to get issues resolved.

I am satisfied with final result, but the ******** ***** location should be more customer service friendly and accommodate customer service needs. The ******** ***** location is the issue and rude customer service agent. In the end, the ********** corporate office was more than willing to help with the issue and follow up. The response from the statement was not entirely accurate in that it was the ONE day they actually scheduled a service. The ********** number I found happened to be the corporate office and I explained my frustration on the lack of communication and service and the office director was more than helpful and continued to follow up with me on status. This is very disappointing customer service and the lady was not pleasant to deal with. The lady I spoke to was not very pleasant and even with repeated calls on status updates, they never followed through on returning calls or when next scheduled date to repair issue. The beginning issue began with Jan 16 initially in getting any response at point of contact with vendor. The day(s) the business scheduled to come out it was already forecast to rain. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Paramount does value the customers concerns, and met with them to address them as of Friday February 18th. Unfortunately, due to the location of the concern, and the wintery winter weather we were experiencing, we had to reschedule both the originally scheduled visit, and the subsequent visit due to wet and/or icy conditions. Although we attempt to handle every customers concerns in a timely fashion, the area of concern for this customer was on a roof slope. Thank you for sharing this customers review.
